Ron Morrison is the CEO of the Docentus Group. Over the past decade Ron and his teams have assisted a variety of organizations by developing and delivering high-impact learning and development events focused on leadership growth, professional development, personal excellence, organizational improvement, guest service, conflict resolution, behavior measurement, strategic and succession planning, risk management and multi-hazard emergency response planning.

Ron’s career experiences include two decades of service in a variety of leadership positions.  As a result of serving the amusement and attractions industry in safety and risk management, the general public as an emergency services top tier command officer, and public schools as a central office administrator, he has gained valuable experience and insight into the skill of developing leadership capacity and improving organizations.

Ron’s nationally published columns have appeared in Funworld, CNS News, the Wall Street Journal and Sales & Service Excellence.  Ron knowledge of personal leadership and individual responsibility were broadcast to a larger audience when he served as the co-host of The Flipside: Austin’s Raft of Reason in a Sea of Insanity, a radio program devoted to personal integrity and accountability that aired on Austin’s 590 KLBJ radio.  An instant success in Austin’s talk radio market, The Flipside allowed Morrison to expand his understanding of leadership and spread that awareness across the airwaves of Central Texas.

In 2006 Ron was named to National Register’s Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals.  In 2007 he was profiled by CNN’s “Pulse on America,” a segment devoted to up-and-coming trends in the business world, and in 2009 was awarded Conroe’s Business of the Year by the National Chamber of Commerce.

Ron holds degrees and certifications in Education, Management and Administration from San Jacinto College, Texas A&M University, Houston Baptist University, and Stephen F. Austin State University.

Ron is a frequent speaker, presenter and facilitator at a wide variety of local, regional, national and international events.
