I have attended many leadership seminars and management training classes, but nothing can even compare to the SASI training!  Not only was this a fun training class, it also made me think about my personal habits and how I treat people in general.

Jensen Mecca began her involvement in the world of leadership and her association with Solutions and Specialized Innovations as a leader in her high school marching band.  Having experienced and been deeply influenced by the SASI leadership training style at two drum major camps and three leadership retreats, Mecca decided to continue to pursue her passion for the subject in her professional life.
Mecca continued her education at the University of Oklahoma and will graduate with a dual degree in Psychology and Anthropology and a minor in English Literature in May of this year.  She participated in university marching band leadership while completing her undergraduate work, serving as a Pride of Oklahoma section leader for two years and president of the Delta Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, a service-based honor sorority for collegiate band members, for her final year.  She plans to pursue graduate degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a leadership specialty beginning in the fall of 2010.
